Providing Opportunities for Growth in Body, Mind, and Spirit
Intermediate Care Facility (ICF-IDD)
Rock house provides residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities and related conditions through the ICF-IDD program. Individuals live with roommates in a home that provides 24-hour staff supervision. The homes are typical for the communities in which they are located.
Each person's program is coordinated and monitored by a QIDP, Qualified Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Professional. All residents receive continual active treatment in independent living and personal care skills from our highly trained, caring staff. Other services include evaluations, nursing care, day programming, vocational services, transportation, and other support services that allow each person to live and be a part of their community. The program plans are developed according to each person's unique needs.
Rock House owns and operates over 20 ICF-IDD homes located in Cleburne, Eastland, Fort Worth, Georgetown, Lubbock, Midland, Odessa, and Stephenville. They are all certified and licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services, DADS. All homes are surveyed by DADS at least annually.
